News: Our group is starting at the University of São Paulo! We are starting to build our lab and there will be plenty of opportunities for Ph.D., master’s, and bachelor students. Send an email to Rodrigo for more info.
We are a plural group at the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo, in Brazil. We use quantum devices to contribute to the diverse field of quantum computing. Our main goal at the moment is to develop a microwave-optical quantum transducer to interconnect distinct quantum computing units. To get there, we work with superconducting qubits, phononic structures, and optomechanical devices.
EQCOS is continuously looking for enthusiastic students eager to learn more about the broad field of quantum technologies in microdevices. Our lab deals with all the stages of development of quantum devices: design, simulation, fabrication, packaging, and characterization.
We are looking for passionate new PhD, master’s, and bachelor students to join the team (more info) !
